No, registration of an account is not required.
Once you add your items to your cart, you will receive an order confirmation along with your order number via your email upon checkout.

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
For parcels that are in-transit, there will be no updates until they arrive at the customs facility. If your parcel has no movement for more than 5-days, please email us at email@example.com.
How do I cancel or amend my order?
You may request cancellations or amendments by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we ONLY accept requests made within 12-hours upon placing the order, and that requests are not guaranteed for approval.
How do I perform/request an exchange?
If you tried your first pair and were not satisfied with how it fits, we have a 30-day guarantee on your first pair where we will send you a replacement size upon processing your returned item(s). What should I do if I received a defective product?
